Is my data and identity safe? What if I want to delete my account?

Your manuscript is yours and will never be used to train AI models.

Here's exactly what we do (and don't do) with your data, and how to delete it if you ever want to.

Is my manuscript private?

Yes. Your manuscript is private to your account. We don't publish them, share them with other users, or make them public in any way. Once Twig reads your manuscript to give feedback, no one looks at it again.

Do you use my manuscript to train AI?

No. Your writing is never used to train AI models. It's processed to generate your edit, and that's it.

What about the social sharing features?

Any sharing (like posting a Roast quote or clip) is opt-in only. Nothing from your manuscript or your edit is ever shared publicly unless you actively choose to share it yourself.

What if I want to delete my edit and manuscript from your servers?

You can click the (...) on your edit at edits.twig.io/edits and click Delete. From there, the edit will be removed from your dashboard immediately. For 30 days, the deletion is recoverable, if you change your mind or deleted by mistake, contact us and we can restore everything (we won't look at anything in your manuscript or account in the meantime unless asked).

After 30 days, your data is permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers.
