I can't log in, or I can't find my past edit

Your Twig account keeps every edit you've ever run, so you can always come back and re-download your feedback. Here's how to get back in.

How to login

1. Go to twig.io and click Log in
2. Enter the email you used when you uploaded your manuscript or click Continue with Google if that's how you originally signed up
3. Sign in with your password

Forgot your password?

On the sign-in step, click Forgot your password? and enter your email. We'll send a reset link, check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from us.

Not sure which email you used?

If none of your usual emails work, email us at [email protected] and we can look up the account tied to your edit.

Where are my past edits?

Once you're logged in, you'll land on My Edits, a dashboard with every manuscript you've submitted and links back into each one. Nothing expires: your edits stay there for you to revisit, download, or reference anytime.
